Job summary

BILH is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care within the assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines. Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, you will deliver high-quality patient care and ensure safe medication administration and documentation.

The role includes mentoring, delegation, patient and family education, and ongoing professional growth. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires; bonuses are prorated for positions under 40

Qualifications

• RN license in NH or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; ACLS certified or within 1 year.
• BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies and ANA standards of practice.
• Ensures safe, timely medication and IV administration and transcription.
• Documentation is accurate and timely according to policy.
• Mentors new employees and supports ongoing professional development.
• Delegates tasks based on licensure and experience.
