Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Exeter Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional care in a high-performing unit. You will coordinate care, document thoroughly, and act as a clinical resource for staff, while upholding ANA standards and hospital policies.

You will mentor new nurses, participate in education, and support patient- and family-centered care in a collaborative environment with state-of-the-art facilities and a sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in NH or any compact state.
• BCLS certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies and ANA standards of practice.
• Ensures safe, timely and accurate medication and IV administration and transcription.
• Documents accurately, timely, concise, and legible in accordance with policy.
• Develops and reviews clinical practice content and policy.
• Mentors new employees and supports ongoing professional growth.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and plans care accordingly.
