Job summary

Abbots Wood Manor in Hailsham, part of Hamberley Care Homes, is seeking an Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a luxury care environment. You will have time to build relationships with residents and families while delivering holistic, evidence-based care.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with GPs and providers, maintaining clinical skills, and contributing to a high-quality, compassionate care offer that supports residents’ wellbeing and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have current NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Post-registration experience in a similar care setting.
• Experience in care home or elderly care preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrates empathy and passion for resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and liaise with GPs and other providers.
• Deliver holistic nursing care with time for residents and families.
• Maintain and enhance clinical skills with ongoing training.
• Support team in delivering high-quality care in a luxurious home.
