Job summary
Hamberley Care Management Limited is seeking a Lead Nurse for Caddington Grove in Dunstable. As a nurse-led team, you’ll have time to develop close relationships with residents and families and provide holistic care in a luxurious, home-like environment.
You’ll work within an award-winning multi-disciplinary model to ensure outstanding care every day. We offer 12 hour shifts with alternate weekends on a rota, a competitive salary and benefits package, 5.6 weeks holiday, a quality-linked bonus
Qualifications
- NMC registration (RGN or RMN) required.
- Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting.
- Experience in care home or elderly setting preferred.
- Commitment to high quality care.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passion and empathy to improve residents' lives.
Responsibilities
- Lead nurse coordinating the patient journey in a nurse-led model.
- Mentor student nurses and contribute to staff development.
- Deliver holistic, high-quality care with a resident-centred approach.
- Support a safe, compassionate and well-led care environment.
