Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse for Verwood House, a luxurious care home in Verwood, Dorset. You will spend meaningful time with residents and families, delivering holistic, person-centred care within a multi-disciplinary team and award-winning model of care.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) and current registration status.
• Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting.
• Experience in care homes or elderly care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, person-centred care to residents.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and GPs to coordinate care.
• Maintain high standards of care planning, documentation and communication.
