Job summary

Bupa Thatcham Court Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse on a bank/part-time basis to deliver person-centred care at our Thatcham location. You will assess residents, administer and review medications, and provide clinical guidance to the team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and current registration.
• Experience delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team and provide teaching to colleagues.
• Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
• If night shifts are involved, work independently with strong critical thinking.
