Job summary

Bupa Thatcham Court Care Home in Thatcham, Berkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse on a bank contract. You will provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, and develop individualised care plans. The role requires an active NMC pin, strong clinical judgement, and the ability to support and lead care colleagues.

This is a part-time, on-site nursing position with flexible shifts. Rate of pay is £21.98–£24.27 per hour, dependant on experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current registration.
• Experience delivering person-centred care and managing care plans.
• Ability to guide and support other care staff and meet CQC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team with teaching programmes.
• Develop and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor practice to comply with standards, policies and legislation.
