You will carry out planned and reactive clinical duties in a supportive team environment. The position emphasizes hands-on care, documentation, and first-class resident service, with flexibility to cover shifts across Week 1 and Week 2.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in nursing.
• Nursing degree or above.
• Ability to prioritise between tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety for residents.
• Champion patient choice and autonomy with dignified care.
• Support the care team on duty and communicate effectively.
• Promote morale and teamwork, and inform families of changes.
• Complete documentation, care plans, and records accurately.
