Sandstone Care Group – Dalton Court Care Home in the United Kingdom is hiring a Registered Nurse (Days). You will deliver high-quality nursing care, lead the care team, and manage medications in a person-centred approach.

The role offers an hourly rate of £23.65, a 44-hour week, a £1,000 welcome bonus, and visa sponsorship considerations for Skilled Worker applicants. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to resident wellbeing.

Formación

• Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
• Experience in nursing/residential or elderly care.
• Ability to lead teams and make clinical decisions.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to resident needs.
• Lead and support the care team, providing clinical guidance.
• Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to concerns.
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.
• Liaise with families, GPs and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote dignity, independence and choice in care.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
