Parklands Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, is hiring a Registered Nurse (Days) to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, manage medications, and lead the care team across day shifts from 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as RGN/RMN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
• Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
• Assess, plan and review residents' care needs.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to any concerns.
• Lead and support the care team throughout your shift.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance are maintained.
