Job summary

Dalton Court Care Home in Cumbria is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will lead and support the care team, administer medications safely and work with families and GPs to ensure wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and current practice.
• Experience in similar care environments preferred.
• Good English - written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care tailored to residents' needs.
• Lead and support the care team with clinical guidance.
• Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to concerns promptly.
