CS UK Recruitment Ltd in Peacehaven, United Kingdom, is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to accurately assess residents' needs, administer medications, and maintain care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives and health care professionals. The role is permanent and full-time, with shifts and a salary of £22.00–£22.50 per hour, paid monthly.

Formación

• Proven experience of working in a care setting.
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
• A good team player.
• 1+ year NMC registration.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company’s medication policy.
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary.
