Dalton Court Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts from 8pm to 8am. You’ll empower the night team, deliver person-centred nursing, and manage medicines for residents with compassion and professionalism.

We offer an hourly rate of £23.65, 44 contracted hours per week, and a £1,500 welcome bonus. Join a team dedicated to high clinical standards, safeguarding, and supportive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NMC registration required and active.
• Experience in nursing, residential, dementia or elderly care preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and make clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping.
• Comfortable night shifts and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to each resident.

Join our dedicated team at Dalton Court Care Home and play a vital role in delivering outstanding nursing care throughout the night.

We're looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading clinical excellence overnight.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
• Lead and support the night care team, providing guidance and clinical expertise.
• Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to concerns.
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.
• Liaise with families, GPs and healthcare professionals when required.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance are maintained.

About You

• A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
• Previous experience within a nursing, residential, dementia or elderly care setting is desirable.
• Confident leading teams and making clinical decisions independently.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering exceptional care.
• Comfortable working night shifts and able to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
