Job summary

Care South is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join Beauchamp House in Taunton. The role covers day shifts, with 49 hours per week and a requirement to alternate weekends.

A current NMC PIN is essential and a passion for delivering compassionate care in a warm, homely setting is expected. You will lead the nursing unit, oversee care planning and drug administration, and work with the management team to maintain exemplary care standards.

• Experience leading on nursing care planning and drug administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nursing Unit within the home, including care planning and drug administration.

Pay: £24.44 per hour

Hours: 49 hours per week, to include alternate weekends

Shift Pattern: 07:45 - 20:00

What you will be doing

• Working at Care South, you will be able to apply your knowledge and nursing skills in a warm and homely environment, where you can create special bonds with residents and their families.
• Leading our Nursing Unit within the home – taking responsibility for care planning and drug administration.
• Working alongside management team to ensure quality care is delivered to all residents.
• Act as point of contact to residents’ family members and external healthcare contacts (GP’s & Hospital teams)
