Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care in our care home in Southampton. You will support residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives and contribute to a warm, safe home.

You must have an NMC PIN, nursing experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, 36 hours per week, and excellent staff benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
• Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
• Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous nursing experience.
