Job summary

SkyCare in West London is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our supportive team. The role may require relocation with a 1-month notice after interview; day or night shifts available; full-time 36–48 hours per week; pay £20–£21 per hour; paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Experience caring for the elderly in a clinical setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care and medications as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families; communicate with the healthcare team.
