Meeveem Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Richmond Village in Coventry. The role focuses on resident well-being, safety and high-quality care within a bank roster.

You will work with a dedicated team to ensure compassionate, person-centred care for all residents. The successful candidate will have an NMC pin, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to coaching and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the well‑being of our residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
