Job summary

Registered Nurse – Bank Night

Location: Richmond Village, Hospital Road, Coventry, CV12 0PB

Salary: £19.40 per hour & Excellent Benefits

As a Registered Nurse you’re at the heart of making a difference to our residents. You’ll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, ensuring that policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting residents' independence and dignity, and in helping with all CQC tasks.

You’ll help us make health happen by
  • Taking responsibility for the well‑being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident
  • Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed for this Role
  • An NHS Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, committed to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development
  • Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment
  • Naturally caring with a hands‑on approach, helping people maintain independence, choice and dignity
  • Effective communicator, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and those they care for
