Job summary

Cygnet in Sheffield is seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join The Daley Care Centre, a neurological complex care service for ABI and complex conditions. You will work 42 hours a week, including days and nights with some weekends, delivering high-quality clinical care.

You will administer medicines, contribute to care plans, and participate in audits, CPD, and training to maintain standards under NMC guidelines. Enhanced DBS will be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN.
• Open, compassionate, honest & resilient.

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments.
• Audit and improve quality with management team.
• Attend training and CPD to promote nursing knowledge.
• Ensure individual care plans are complete under NMC guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medicines per guidelines.
