Job summary

The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield, part of Cygnet Health Care, is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a specialist neurological complex care service. You will report to the Operations Director, oversee clinical governance, finance, HR and support services, manage on-call duties, and drive high-quality patient care and staff engagement in a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Applicants must hold a valid Nurse PIN and have demonstrable managerial experience within similar neurology settings;

Qualifications

• Nurse with valid PIN and nursing qualification.
• Experience leading a team in a neurological/complex care setting.
• Up-to-date knowledge of CQC guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong and effective leadership to the onsite team.
• Ensure day-to-day operations, clinical governance, and service development targets are met.
• Oversee bed management, referrals and patient assessments.
• Lead investigations and manage complaints professionally.
