Job summary

Cygnet Health Care's The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield seeks a passionate Registered Manager to lead the on-site team at a specialist neurological complex care service, overseeing clinical, finance, HR and support functions, and directing the day-to-day operation with a clear strategic focus.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will ensure CQC compliance, governance and risk management, manage bed occupancy and referrals with the Deputy Manager, conduct investigations and audits, and

Qualifications

• Managerial experience leading a team.
• Nurse qualification with valid PIN.
• Experience caring for people with neurological deficits.
• Experience in senior-level roles within a neurological service.
• Familiarity with CQC guidelines and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on onsite operations including Clinical, Finance, HR and Support Services.
• Ensure bed management and referrals with the Deputy Manager.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations and audits.
• Develop quality improvement and opportunities for growth.
