Cygnet is seeking a Bank Care & Support Worker for The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield. You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality neurological care across days, nights and weekends, helping residents to maintain autonomy and wellbeing.

You'll work with registered nurses, support workers and therapists to provide personalised care, learn each resident's needs and respond with empathy and professionalism, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

• Excellent communicator with a patient, caring approach.
• Ability to work well in a team and respond sensitively to residents' needs.
• Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities
