Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in Swindon is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver 1:1 complex home care. You will support clients to live safely, confidently and with dignity in their own homes, following individual care plans and clinical tasks such as monitoring oxygen saturation, airway management, and medication support.

This role offers day and night shifts, a consistent pattern, and full specialist training.

Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Swindon)

£33.75 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Day/Night shifts available

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to support a range of clients in Swindon. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes.

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

• Oxygen saturation monitoring
• Suctioning
• Airway management
• Cough assist
• Ventilation support
• PEG/JEJ management
• Epilepsy management
• Moving and handling
• Personal care
• Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

• Weekend day shifts
• Weekend night shifts
• 12-hour shift or shorter calls
• Driver requirements if applicable
• Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)

What the Role Involves

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of your daily routine.

• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Experience up to 5 years in care settings within the UK

Compliance Requirements
