Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in Sheffield is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide complex care in clients' homes on a 1:1 basis. The role offers day and night shifts with pay of £33.75 per hour (holiday pay included).

You will help clients live safely, with dignity, and independence while following care plans and ensuring wellbeing. The ideal candidate has experience with complex needs, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

• Confidence with clinical tasks or willingness to train.
• Strong communication, reliability, empathy and patient-centred approach.

• Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home.

Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Sheffield)

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

Clinical Requirements

• Oxygen saturation monitoring
• Suctioning
• Airway management
• Cough assist
• Ventilation support
• PEG/JEJ management
• Epilepsy management
• Moving and handling
• Personal care
• Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

• Weekend day shifts
• Weekend night shifts
• 12-hour shift or shorter calls
• Driver requirements if applicable
• Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)

What the Role Involves

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting people with complex needs
• Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
• Strong communication and reliability
• Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Experience up to 5 years in care settings within the UK
