Job summary

Harmony Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to support clients in Rotherham in a 1:1 at-home care role. The position offers day and night shifts with 12-hour options and driver requirements if applicable.

Compensation is £33.75 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, with full specialist training provided. You will monitor oxygen saturation, airway management, PEG/JEJ management, epilepsy care and more, delivering compassionate care that enhances independence and dignity in clients' daily lives.

Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Rotherham)

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

Clinical Requirements

• Oxygen saturation monitoring
• Suctioning
• Airway management
• Cough assist
• Ventilation support
• PEG/JEJ management
• Epilepsy management
• Moving and handling
• Personal care
• Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

• Weekend day shifts
• Weekend night shifts
• 12-hour shift or shorter calls
• Driver requirements if applicable
• Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting people with complex needs
• Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
• Strong communication and reliability
• Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Experience up to 5 years in care settings within the UK

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus

• £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
• £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer

Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
