Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
• You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, providing supervision and assessment to students.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and professional behaviour.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centred care to Residents in a nurse-led environment.
• Guide and support Residents and their families in life-changing decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and provide practice supervision and assessment to students.
• Attend safeguarding training and escalate concerns as required.
