Job summary

• Mentor and support colleagues as a practice supervisor and assessor.
• Advocate and deliver person-centred care to residents and families.
• Commitment to safeguarding training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents and families in a nurse-led environment.
• Support and mentor colleagues and students as a practice supervisor/assessor.
• Maintain high professional standards in line with NMC standards.
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and complete mandatory safeguarding training.
