HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home team where compassion and clinical excellence meet. You will provide person-centred care, support Residents and families, and work within a nurse-led setting to make meaningful decisions during vulnerable times.

You will mentor colleagues and students, maintain safeguarding responsibilities, and uphold professional standards in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support Residents and families.
• Ability to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues and supervise students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to Residents in a nurse-led environment.
• Mentor and support colleagues and supervise students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
• Safeguard Residents and report concerns; uphold professional standards and practice.
