Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care, support Residents and families, and contribute to a supportive, education-focused environment.

You will demonstrate at least 12 months of health or social care experience, hold a valid NMC PIN, and mentor junior staff and students while upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• Must hold a valid NMC PIN.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and deliver person-centred care to residents and families.
• Mentor and share knowledge as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and report concerns as required.
