• Provide high‑quality nursing care in a nurse‑led care home setting.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care with clinical decision‑making.
• Support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Champion safeguarding and promote wellbeing through compassionate, personalised care.
