Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join one of our care home teams in the UK. You will build on your nursing skills in a nurse-led setting, guiding Residents and families through important life moments with compassion.

You will have at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, hold a valid NMC PIN, and be committed to professional standards. You will mentor colleagues and support students, while upholding safeguarding duties and delivering person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• Valid NMC PIN and commitment to professional standards.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to mentor and support students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
• Advocate a person-centred approach to care and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to Residents in a nurse-led environment.
• Support Residents and families through difficult decisions with empathy.
• Mentor colleagues and supervise students during practice.
• Uphold safeguarding standards and report concerns as required.
