Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents in a care home. You’ll create tailored care plans, manage medications safely and use professional judgement to make clinical decisions, delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop tailored care plans and conduct regular risk assessments.
Provide safe medication management and administration in line with standards.
Apply professional judgement to clinical decisions and maintain high-quality care.
