Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents in a care home. You will develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely, and contribute to a high standard of person-centred care within a supportive team.

You must hold current NMC registration and have knowledge of DoLs/MCA and related guidelines. You will be valued for your clinical judgement and compassionate approach to nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Experience developing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
