The Opportunity:

Bureau Nurses are highly skilled professionals who provide flexible support across all areas of the hospital. They play a critical role in covering sick calls, providing escalation support when additional capacity is needed for patient admissions, and filling staffing gaps in various wards to ensure continuous, uninterrupted care. With expertise in medical, surgical, ICU, and specialty areas, these nurses are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

In addition to a flexible roster, Bureau staff have the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge by working in various specialized areas. Each day presents new challenges, with assignments based on their skill set and experience. This variety not only enhances their professional growth but also allows them to build relationships with different teams throughout the hospital. For those who thrive on variety and the excitement of new challenges, being a Bureau staff member offers an engaging and dynamic work environment.

Bureau staff are integral to the hospital's daily operations, working closely with Duty Managers who oversee beds and staffing.
