The Opportunity:
Bureau Nurses are highly skilled professionals who provide flexible support across all areas of the hospital. They play a critical role in covering sick calls, providing escalation support when additional capacity is needed for patient admissions, and filling staffing gaps in various wards to ensure continuous, uninterrupted care. With expertise in medical, surgical, ICU, and specialty areas, these nurses are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
In addition to a flexible roster, Bureau staff have the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge by working in various specialized areas. Each day presents new challenges, with assignments based on their skill set and experience. Bureau staff are integral to the hospital's daily operations, working closely with Duty Managers who oversee beds and staffing. By supporting the Duty Manager in filling staffing gaps, they ensure that vulnerable patients receive constant, high standard of care. Their adaptability and expertise are essential for maintaining the hospital’s operations and promoting the well-being of patients.
