Willowbrook Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver clinically led care in a specialist setting. You will assess, plan and review care, administer medications, and monitor health changes while leading a care team and ensuring safe, person-centred support for residents.

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of dementia, mental health conditions and complex needs.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your clinical judgement to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, structured and supportive environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
This role is suited to an experienced nurse who is confident working independently, leading a team and managing complex clinical needs within a specialist care environment.
