Limewood Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting in Stafford. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medication and monitor health while leading shifts and guiding the care team to ensure safe, person-centred care.
Foundation in complex physical and mental health care and strong communication will support collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
£24.59 per hour
Dayshift
Contracted to 37.5 hours per week
Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs and long term conditions.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your clinical judgement to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, structured and supportive environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
