Job summary

Oak Farm Clinic in Norwich is seeking a Registered Nurse (Bank) to ensure residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met. You will lead, motivate and mentor the team, providing clinical guidance and training to support the safe, smooth running of the care home.

Shifts include nights or days, with a pay rate of £20 per hour, and an emphasis on high standards of care for adults with neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with a UK PIN number.
• Experience working within a nursing home is essential, preferably with adults with neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor the care team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home.

Oak Farm Clinic is a purpose built 38 bedded unit which provides a comprehensive service to clients recovering from acquired brain injury and neurological disorders.

About the role:

We are looking for a Nurse who is able to ensure our residents physical, emotional and social needs are met. Your role will include leading, motivating and mentoring your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

• Experience working within a nursing home is essential preferably experience working with adults with neurological conditions
