Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse (Bank) for Oak Farm Clinic in Taverham. You will join nights or days shifts and support a 38-bed unit delivering care to residents recovering from brain injuries and neurological disorders.

You will lead, mentor and train the care team, ensuring high standards of clinical care, safety and compassionate support for residents across physical, emotional and social needs. A UK PIN and experience in similar settings are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with a UK PIN number.
• Experience in nursing home care, preferably with neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor care team to ensure safe, smooth running of the home.
• Provide clinical guidance and training to staff.
• Ensure residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met.

Oak Farm Clinic is a purpose built 38 bedded unit which provides a comprehensive service to clients recovering from acquired brain injury and neurological disorders.

About the role:

We are looking for a Nurse who is able to ensure our residents physical, emotional and social needs are met. Your role will include leading, motivating and mentoring your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

Skills we need from you:

• Qualified Nurse with a UK PIN number
• Experience working within a nursing home is essential preferably experience working with adults with neurological conditions
