Harbour Healthcare’s Brockwell Court Care Home in DH8 6AH is seeking a Registered Nurse on a bank basis. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care and administer medications in line with NMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current licence.
• Fully enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans.
• Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines).
• Support and mentor care team colleagues.
• Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date.
