As aRegistered Nurse, you will ensure that thehighest standard of clinical care is delivered to residents at all times, within company policies and procedures and the NMC Code of Conduct, promoting each person’sprivacy, dignity and independence.
This is abusy, varied and rewarding role which will give you theautonomy to care for our residents, whether you are monitoring aresident’s blood sugar levels, administering medication, giving a detailedhandover to the team on the next shift, or assisting a resident at the end of their life. You will be fully supported and be working in a fantastic team.
You will work with themanagement team and other trained nurses inassessing, planning, implementing and evaluating quality nursing care. It will be important to you that the residents are enabled tofully participate in decisions affecting their lives, embracing the philosophy ofperson-centred care, to ensure all options are explored to have theresidents’ decisions and choices met.
