St David's is a welcoming nursing home located in Ealing, known for its quality care. The facility features 76 bedrooms and offers a range of services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation, and provides respite and day care for individuals over the age of 18.

We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:

What does the role involve?

1. Achieve a high standard of care.
2. Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support.
3. Maintain effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and informing other members of the senior care team of day-to-day changes.
4. Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
5. Be responsible for the ordering, administration, and recording of medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
6. Provide appropriate personal care for residents, e.g., washing, dressing, and toileting.
7. Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.
8. Carry out staff supervision and appraisals with the team/unit allocated.
9. Implement changes in routine and/or procedures as agreed with the Manager.
10. Assess prospective clients/residents.
11. Complete the duty rota as necessary.
12. Carry out internal quality audits as agreed with the Manager.
13. Participate fully in the training and development of all staff grades.
14. Assist the Manager in working within agreed budgets – mainly Deputy Manager responsibilities.
