As a Registered Nurse Band 5, you’ll be part of our valued team at Warminster Community Hospital, working on Longleat Ward.

The Unit Provides Sub Acute Care, Rehabilitation and End of Life care for the residents of Wiltshire. This is an innovative unit with an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
Clinical leadership is provided by a team of Consultant Nurses across the organisation, supporting the Clinical team of Doctors, ACPs, Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Health Care Assistants, ensuring individual holistic care for the people we care for as well as support for their carers and families.
Ward Leadership is provided by the Senior Sister who has a strong belief in Compassionate Leadership. Supporting and Nurturing Staff to reach their full potential.
We provide the training, support and professional development you need to become a confident, competent Registered Nurse, delivering high standards of care within a Unit that you can be proud of.

Registered Nurse, Assessing, planning, Implementing and Evaluating Nursing Care. Supervising and supporting, Nursing Associates, Junior staff, and students.
You will put to use your strongcommunication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.

You will be aNMCregistered Nurse, you will have the ability to work both independentlyand alsoas part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that youshould have strongcommunication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
