Barchester Healthcare Limited in Trowbridge is hiring a Registered Nurse (RGN) for a 36-hour full-time role. You will care for residents, balancing physical, psychological and social needs with clinical judgement. Shifts are 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am.

Formación

• Current NMC registration and knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person-centred and thoughtful approach to nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop tailored care plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Provide medicines safely and administer clinical care.
• Deliver high-quality care across physical, psychological and social needs.
• Utilise professional judgement for critical clinical decisions.
