The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programmes to ensure high-quality patient care. The role requires autonomous practice, supervision of staff and students, and may vary based on ward/department and patient dependency.
Leading, coordinating, and supervising staff to promote best practices; providing cover in the absence of senior staff.

Based in the Acute Medical Receiving Unit, University Hospital Monklands, with a rotational shift pattern.
