VerseOne Group is recruiting for a registered nurse to join Heybridge Ward at Broomfield Hospital for a 12-month fixed-term secondment. The role involves in-patient care across colorectal, urology, and general surgery, working within a supportive MDT and learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. The post may close early depending on applications. OSCE/CBT support is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe and effective care in line with NMC Code and Trust policies.
• Organise and deliver individualised patient care addressing physical, social, and psychological needs.
• Communicate clearly with patients, relatives, and staff to ensure accurate care delivery.
• Support Senior Charge Nurse to maintain high standards of care and patient privacy.
• Assist in implementing nursing strategies and evidence-based practice locally.
• Supervise and delegate to healthcare assistants and learners as appropriate.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
