Salary: £20.91 to £24.20 per hour (depending on experience), with an additional £2 per hour for overtime

Type: Permanent, Full Time (Day and Night shifts)

Your Role

• Take responsibility for residents' well-being, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Coach and guide the care team, providing training and support
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Monitor safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• Experience managing care units, overseeing medication, and ensuring high clinical standards
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and support to the care team
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with residents and families
• For night shifts, strong critical thinking, independence, and emergency management skills
