As aNurse in our Reconnect Community, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals whose primary care need is managing distress responses. You’ll lead a compassionate, evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding the causes of distress and reducing reliance on medication. Your goal is to help residents retain their identity, maintain their abilities, and live life with purpose.

With good road access to Wessington Way, Lansbury Courtcare home is a single-storey modern home that has been purpose-built to provide specialist care tailored to both younger adults and older people living with dementia.
