Job summary

Career Makers is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) in Northwich, Cheshire. This permanent role offers day shifts with a pay rate of £22.50 per hour, focusing on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive nursing home environment.

The successful candidate will administer medications, develop and review care plans, monitor residents' wellbeing, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to promote dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Experience as a registered nurse in a care setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and good decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our established nursing home team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment where high-quality, person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care, supporting residents' wellbeing, and promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times.

The Role

As part of the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing and overseeing the highest standards of nursing care for residents. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure individual care needs are met effectively.

• Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.
• Administering medications and treatments in line with professional standards.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing resident care plans.
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in condition.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Supporting and mentoring care staff where appropriate.
• Promoting a warm, caring, and respectful environment for all residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding resident care.
