  • Take charge of the ward/clinical unit in the absence of senior staff.
  • Act as an advocate for patients to ensure the highest care standards.
Person Specification
Qualifications
  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Evidence of relevant post-basic study.
  • Ability to make evidence-based judgments and apply them in the ward environment.
  • Understanding of NHS developments and their implications for nursing and quality care.

This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975.

Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per year, pro rata.
