You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By:

  • Taking responsibility for residents’ well-being, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing training for colleagues and care professionals
  • Carrying out assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
  • Monitoring work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit and clinical duties, including medication management and care plan reviews
  • Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policies
  • Ability to provide clinical guidance and support to care teams, assisting with CQC tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families
  • Effective communication skills for clinical handovers and reporting
  • For night shifts, enhanced skills for patient safety, critical thinking, confidence, and self-reliance are essential
